Our candlemaking classes in the Naperville area include approximately 30 minutes of active instruction, plus additional time for candles to set enough to take home. This downtime is perfect for guests to enjoy food and drinks, shop in a retail space, or participate in other activities at your event!
Class Size and Venue
Depending on the size of your space, Indigo Creations candlemaking classes can comfortably instruct 6-25 guests per session. Larger groups can be accommodated with staggered instruction timeslots, provided time between sessions to clean, reset, and restock the workspace and materials.
Though we may assist with locating potential venues for Naperville candlemaking classes upon request, the workshop cost does not include venue costs or other accommodations (such as food) unless otherwise specified.

We serve west Chicagoland, including Naperville, Aurora, Plainfield, Joliet, Oswego, Oak Park, and nearby suburbs. Venue requirements include an available outlet and sufficient seating/table space for guests to craft.
Pricing
Pricing for Indigo Creations Chicagoland candlemaking workshops starts at $30 per person (6 person minimum), which includes the instruction and materials necessary for each guest to leave with their own handmade soy candle in a basic container with a cotton wick.
Upgrades available for an additional fee include:

Crackling wood wicks instead of cotton (+$1/guest)

Colored, metallic, themed, or seasonal containers (variable)

A larger selection of 8+ fragrance options (+$1/guest), or custom fragrance(s) of your choice (variable)

A “candle care kit” for guests to take home with their candle (+$12/guest)
